INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Gavin J Parker. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All our suits and trousers are made to measure, and as such, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing fault. For issues related to manufacturing defects, please provide evidence, including photos of the damages and incorrect measurements, with a measuring tape. 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not typically available for custom-made items. In the rare case of incorrect measurements provided by us, we will consider exchanges. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, except in cases of production errors.

ADJUSTMENTS

We will cover the cost of any adjustments required due to construction or production faults. If adjustments are needed due to changes in client preferences or measurement inaccuracies, we will decide whether to subsidise these costs.

SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

Our garments are custom-made by skilled tailors and master craftsmen. Suits and trousers typically ship within three to four weeks from the order date. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that we are not responsible for any import charges you may incur.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

For last-minute adjustments, contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

GARMENT CARE

To ensure the longevity of your suit, rotate your suits and consider ordering a second pair of trousers. Hang your jacket on a hanger or use the loop inside the lining. Align front crease lines when hanging trousers. Remove your jacket before driving to avoid damage from the seatbelt.

Suits require minimal cleaning, with two or three dry cleanings per year recommended. Spot clean minor spills to prolong the garment's life. Wash shirts in cold water (<35C) and avoid commercial laundering or dry cleaning.

WEAR AND TEAR DISCLAIMER

Wear and tear are normal and inevitable. Gavin J Parker is not responsible for garment wear and tear. Follow garment care instructions and consult your tailor for suitable fabric recommendations. Some areas, like the fork of trousers, may wear more quickly for certain body types. Delicate fabrics may fail under heavy wear. Blind stitching in some garment areas is designed to protect the fabric. To prevent damage, put on socks before trousers and take care when putting your foot through the trouser leg.

VOUCHERS

Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The voucher must be presented at the time of redemption and is non-refundable.
